Stars v Avs.
Razor says, that Colorado is the better matchup for the Stars, rather than Anaheim. I tend to agree. Giguere can get too hot in the playoffs, as everyone knows all too well. And Colorado has been struggling a little, going from the 3 spot to the 7 spot the last few weeks of the season. Their power play has really cooled off too.
The plus side, I think Edmonton can give the Wings at least a 5 or 6 game series. Which is all you need. Detroit is so freaking old, that a few extra games really helps out everyone in the West. They always collapse on account of being too tired. And old. Did I mention they're old?
Nashville and San Jose? Thank god one of them has to take eachother out. Same with Calgary and Anaheim. All 8 teams in the west are dangerous.
It's crazy.

It's greatness, Real life human drama. Reality TV that's actually Real. Really....

Turco v Theodore: Turco hasn't "proven" himself in the playoffs yet. Well Theodore hasn't ever played a single playoff game in a Colorado uniform, and was 18-16 this year. I like our chances....
Kudos to the awesome officiating crew in Detroit tonight. They called off the second Stars goal, because the Ref "couldn't get his whistle up to his mouth on time, but had INTENDED for play to stop earlier." Yeah well the Stars INTENDED to score a goal, and did. The goal judge thought so too. The red light came on, the scoreboard changed.
The OLN guys were confused, Ralph and Razor were confused. I was confused. I think that might have been an NFL ref in there with skates on....
Seriously, awesome job.
